We wrote the book around these meetings: in Manila, Brisbane, Cairns, Thursday Island, Islamabad and Peshawar, Kampala, Singapore and Hong Kong, Auckland, Mullumbimby, Napier, Raglan, Phnom Penh and numerous points between.
