The results of the assessment resulted in Paris with a score of 8,5, followed by Madrid (8,3), London (7,6), NewYork (7,5), Moscow (6,5), Leipzig (6,0), Rio de Janerio (5,1), Istanbul (4,8) and Havana (3,7). Five candidates to host the highest scoring will do next selection stage. The next selection stage held on to the 117th IOC Session in Singapore. System at this stage through voting.
