*147 This thesis analyzes the influence of UNICEF to Indonesia in terms of making child protection policy in 2011-2014. The high cases of child abuse in Indonesia make UNICEF very concerned. With qualitative methods, this research analyzes how the role of UNICEF in encouraging Indonesia to make child protection laws and any cooperated with UNICEF - Indonesia in terms of protecting children from all forms of violation of children's rights, especially violence against children. This thesis analyzed by using theoretical framework constructivism and international organizations. With ratified the Convention on the Rights of the Child and establish cooperation with UNICEF, child abuse cases are expected to be resolved and the children can be spared the violence. |
