Paediatric intraoral mucoepidermoid carcinoma mimicking a bone lesion
Mucoepidermoid carcinoma of the salivary glands occurs most frequently in adults during the fifth and sixth decades of life. Although uncommon, it is the main malignant salivary gland tumour in children, particularly adolescents.
