ABSTRACT
This study entitled "Feasibility Analysis of Household Tempe In District Gamping Region of Sleman. This study was conducted to determine the cost, revenue, profit and feasibility analysis of household from of Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C), the productivity of capital and labor productivity. Sampling methods done intentionally (purposive) with a percentage of 30% of the tempe household industry units that exist in every village in the district of Gamping with a sample of respondents was 43.
The results showed that the average cost of production incurred by craftsmen for one month (September 2012) amounted to Rp. 3,087,319. The average revenue received for one month artisans of Rp. 3.279.000. The income earned for a month craftsmen of Rp. 1,989,892. Average profits for one month artisans Rp. 191 681.Based on the analysis of the value of R/C at 1.06 then it is greater than 1, the productivity of capital Tempe home industry of 15.87% which is higher than the prevailing bank rate local area in District of Sleman that is 0,48% per month, results of labor productivity tempeh home industry for the month of Rp. 32 950 / HKO compared with wage (UMR) of Rp. 30,000 / HKO, making tempe home industry is worth to be developed.
