Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Leader member exchange terhadap turnover intention dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediator pada PT. Nasmoco Bahana Motor. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Nasmoco Bahana Motor. Dalam penelitian ini sampel berjumlah 167 responden yang dipilih dengan populasi. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah SEM (Structural Equation Modeling)
Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil bahwa Leader Member Exchange berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention dan Leader Member Exchange berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention.

ABSTRACT
This research aims to analyze the influence of Leader member exchange to turnover intentions with job satisfaction as variable mediator in PT. Nasmoco Bahana Motor. The subject in this research was employee at PT. Nasmoco Bahana Motor. In this research, sample of 167 respondents were selected using population. Analysis tool used in this research is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling)
Based on the analysis that have been made the results the influence of leader member exchange to job satisfaction were positive and significant, job satisfaction to turnover intentions were negative and significant, and leader member exchange to turnover intentions were positive and significant.
